Spring Mountain Capital President Greg Ho

Gregory P. Ho, President of Spring Mountain Capital (SMC) and one of its founding partners, brings extensive financial expertise from his prior role as Principal and Chief Financial Officer at McKinsey & Company. With a 16-year tenure at McKinsey, Greg played a pivotal role in the company's global expansion and managed significant assets through its Investment Office.

Before his executive endeavors, he gained legal experience at Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine and holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, as well as a B.S. in Administrative Science from Yale College. Greg is actively involved in academic and entrepreneurial communities, serving on advisory boards at Columbia Law School and Venture for America. He is also a qualified member of both the New York and California Bar Associations.
