Nuts.com CEO PJ Oleksak

In her previous role as President of Nuts.com, PJ partnered with Founder Jeff Braverman to lead day-to-day operations and oversee strategy. In this role, PJ was responsible for all commercial activities, including marketing, sales, customer success, human resources, and product. During her time at Nuts.com, PJ has had the privilege of building the company’s multi-year strategy, including developing business lines for B2B and gifting and building the leadership team designed to multiply Nuts.com’s scale.

Before Nuts.com, PJ was the Chief Business Officer at Slice, where she led Slice’s go-to-market, operations, and innovation teams. In this role, PJ was responsible for developing and implementing Slice’s growth strategy, as the nation’s leading technology and marketing solution for independent pizzerias. Prior to Slice, PJ spent eight years with FreshDirect as Chief Growth Officer, where she was responsible for consumer revenue generation, ecommerce, and customer service.

During her time at FreshDirect, PJ also founded their subsidiary, FoodKick., a grocery delivery service offering uniquely curated foods and delivering them in as little as an hour. Early in her career, PJ spent 5 years in private equity at PineBridge Investments, working with both mezzanine and equity investments within consumer products and logistics industries. She also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams, dealing with sell-side M&A transactions. PJ has a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Richmond, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
