Charlie Garcia is the Managing Partner and Florida Chapter Chair of R360. As a highly decorated veteran, Charlie’s patriotic service is highlighted by his contributions to the administrations of six U.S. Presidents from both political parties.
Recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by three organizations, Charlie’s strategic insights have influenced Fortune 500 boards, and his passion for innovation has stimulated the launch of numerous start-ups. Charlie had a clear vision when he started R360. Drawing from his experiences in YPO, Vistage, and Tiger 21, he saw the need for a member-owned, member-led community where wealth creators and their families could navigate the unique challenges of leading significant family enterprises.
Under the mentorship of Bill George, the leading authority on peer-to-peer groups and author of the seminal book True North Groups, he gained new insights during a one-year fellowship at Harvard.
