John Burdett is the founder and CEO of Fast Slow Motion, a consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses grow and scale using scalable systems and CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. Since founding the company in 2014, John has led Fast Slow Motion to become a fully remote team of 130+ experts, delivering more than 2,500 successful projects for over 1,200 clients across the U.S. The company has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list for six consecutive years and is the only consulting partner in the world to hold both Salesforce Summit and HubSpot Elite partner status.

Before founding Fast Slow Motion, John helped launch and grow multiple companies, learning through experience what it takes to build a successful business—and what happens when you do it at the expense of your personal life. That hard-earned insight led him to develop a better way to scale a business—one that prioritizes people, purpose, and sustainability.
