Toussaint Wattinne is the cofounder and CEO of Upway, the leading platform for refurbishing and reselling e-bikes. Backed by Sequoia with over $70 million to date, Upway operates in 8 countries and is expanding fast. Prior to Upway, Toussaint spent 8+ years leading Uber Eats in Europe, and brings deep expertise in international expansion, global logistics, and sustainable urban mobility. He’s passionate about making micromobility more accessible through the circular economy and reshaping how cities move. Toussaint holds a Master’s in Corporate and Public management from HEC Paris and Sciences Po.
