Isabelle Freidheim, a trailblazing entrepreneur and investor, stands out as the youngest female chairman of a publicly traded company in the U.S. and the founder and managing partner of Athena Capital. Founded in 2020, Athena Capital is a testament to Freidheim's vision, focusing on the pivotal phase of private companies as they navigate public offerings or M&A exits.

With over 15 years of experience spanning venture capital, private equity, SPACs, and IPOs, Freidheim has successfully raised more than $1.2 billion under Athena’s banner. Her innovative approach also led to the creation of a platform of SPAC vehicles, attracting top-tier talent including Fortune 100 board members and successful CEOs to support groundbreaking technology firms.

Prior to Athena, she was at the helm of Magnifi, an AI and machine-learning fintech firm, driving its growth and eventual acquisition.
