Calibrate Health CEO Rob MacNaughton

Rob is an accomplished CEO and Board Member with extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, marketing, and product development across startups and multibillion-dollar corporations. Over the past three decades, he has excelled in executive management, M&A, sales, marketing, and brand development within healthcare, CPG, software, and retail sectors.

As a Venture Chair at Redesign Health, Rob focused on transformative healthcare concepts. Previously, he led Curve Health and NurseGrid to significant achievements, including substantial funding and successful acquisitions. Rob serves on the boards of Frontier Dermatology Partners and Heartland Veterinary Partners, among others, and holds advisory roles in various sectors. Recognized as a Top 50 Healthcare Technology CEO by The Healthcare Technology Report in 2020, he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BCOM from Queen’s University.

Rob lives in Portland, OR with his partner Adrienne and their four children and enjoys soccer, squash, and adventure motorcycling.
