Adam Sullivan, with a robust background in financial services specializing in investment banking for digital assets and infrastructure, stepped into the role of President at Core Scientific in 2023. His journey in the finance sector, particularly noted for his tenure as Managing Director and Head of Digital Assets and Infrastructure at XMS Capital Partners, underscores his pivotal contributions to the crypto mining industry.

At XMS, Sullivan was instrumental in facilitating significant M&A activities and capital funding operations, notably overseeing transactions exceeding $5 billion. This includes the strategic business combination of Core Scientific with Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. (“XPDI”) in 2021.
