David Snider is the Founder and CEO of Harness, a wealth technology startup dedicated to making bespoke tax and financial advice accessible, intuitive, and valuable through a holistic wealth platform. Before Harness, David served as COO & CFO of Compass, a real estate tech company that he helped grow from pre-launch to a valuation of $1.8 billion.
David was an investor at Bain Capital, where he completed investments worth over $2 billion, as well as the IPO of Sensata on the New York Stock Exchange. He is the author of Money Makers: Inside the New World of Finance and Business, published by Macmillan. David earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Duke University.
