Joseph is the CEO and Co-founder of Lumary, leading the development of a versatile technology platform for the disability and aged care sectors. With a passion for solving social challenges through enterprise, he has focused on pushing boundaries and identifying opportunities that address customer needs throughout his 15-year career.
In 2013, with the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) by the Australian Government, Joseph recognized the need for technology solutions to manage complex relationships among providers, consumers, and partners. This insight led to the founding of Lumary in 2017, introducing a new digital strategy that transformed how technology is integrated into the market. Joseph remains committed to driving Lumary’s strategic direction and exploring new possibilities for technology to achieve greater outcomes for the industry on a global scale.
His mission is to create a product, team, and culture that prioritize customer needs and deliver meaningful social impact, aiming to make a lasting difference in the communities they serve. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, playing various sports, and watching motorsports.
