With nearly three decades of experience in every aspect of the real estate industry, Eddie Shapiro continues to lead Nest Seekers on its journey to expand and innovate the brokerage business on a global scale. Beginning his career in the early 90s as an agent at a small firm in midtown Manhattan, Mr. Shapiro has since become a self-made entrepreneur. His diverse experience includes development and construction of buildings and investment projects across multiple markets, exceeding well over a million square feet. He has pioneered the synchronization of multi-market operations, expanding Nest Seekers' presence globally.

Mr. Shapiro's leadership is rooted in core principles of ethics, integrity, and ingenuity, which drive his continuous disruption of industries. His "do-it-yourself" spirit is reflected in Nest Seekers' development of in-house technologies, brand marketing campaigns, and training programs. In 2020, Mr. Shapiro expanded his influence into media as an Executive Producer on Netflix's Million Dollar Beach House, followed by the launch of Nest Media, which has developed shows with Warner Bros. Discovery, BBC, and other major networks.

In 2022, Nest Seekers International evolved into a conglomerate of luxury hard assets trading firms with the introduction of Nest Yachts, Nest Jets, and Nest Fine Arts. This strategic expansion aims to provide comprehensive services for clients' hard assets under the synergy of a global network. Under Mr. Shapiro's direction, Nest Seekers is on track to expand to over 2,000 agents and more than 50 offices worldwide, solidifying its status as the fastest growing luxury brand in real estate. A proud husband and father of three, Mr. Shapiro balances his professional achievements with his devotion to his family.
