Elise Smith is Praxis Labs’ Co-founder and CEO. Focused on scaling access and opportunity to drive equitable outcomes for all, Elise is inspired by her lived experiences and those of her family. With a background in tech innovation, including work at IBM Watson, and experiences with immersive learning, she founded Praxis Labs to make workplaces work better for everyone. Elise, having raised over $23M in venture capital, is among the 20 most funded Black women in the U.S.
